Sofoos: Today is January 19, 2022. I am Sofoos. I am glad to welcome Worldmakers and would like to continue the theme: Acquiring skills, abilities, and mechanisms of controlling the perceptual space of the future.
The Higher Forces: It is our pleasure to welcome you. We are happy to continue this complicated topic. It is necessary since the process of space transformation is not created to change the frequency of human perception as the most evolved observer in this space. A man himself has to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the plasticity and flexibility of this space. He must use the opportunity to change it in the format of “past, present, and future.”
It is about the same as if you had an expensive cell phone with lots of features, but you would not use these options. You would only use it to make calls. It is much of what is happening with your perceptual space today. So, you do not just use it entirely, but you do not even realize that these functions exist.
On the one hand, you can ask: why is this happening, who needs it, why are you not being opened up or not creating the conditions for your empowerment? The answer is simple. The fact is that you are in a period of transition. Transition is transferring some centralized scriptural authority and the purity of space from one block of the civilization’s community to another. We are talking about Saturn and Jupiter.
Naturally, Saturn regards the human observer as an adjunct to its own states of development and the script. Here, the individual serves as a 99-98% executor of that script. And no divergence, waste, or change is intended and indeed suppressed by the Saturnian civilization system itself, its entire essence.
It is for many reasons and, among others, because the Saturn interaction system determines the factors of scenario production more. So, they focus on the interaction of civilizations among themselves through observers. In the essence, development goes on between them. A man in this system serves as a kind of theatrical production, an animation system, an overlay, which determines and creates the scripted events you perceive as your life.
Generally, when a man begins to interfere with these event series, they are resistant to change. They start to form for the man some contours from which he cannot create his future: these are events, thought-forms, and incoming values. These contours force the person to turn back and take a different path, in one way or another. But this space has already changed. It has become different. And such an easy reversal, easy isolation of observers trying to come out of the cocoon, is no longer possible.
Of course, just restricting human beings is hard enough. On the other hand, the information space is still in the hands of Saturnian civilizations. They limit this space a lot in the information that the observer could get for his practical interaction with the future. Therefore, man is elementarily unaware of these possibilities, of the space itself. In essence, he continues to live in a three-dimensional world. This strategy and tactic are not a base. It is simply an extension of the experience of each of the systems.
At this point, the cross-overlay begins: the Jupiter civilizations start to suppress this experience and create new systems, forms, and conditions for people to interact with the 4D perceptual space. And this is very difficult for people to understand because they have two behavior models. One model is in 3D. People are “soldered” to it by way of family, money, work, home, external environment, and coordinates. On the other hand, they are in a condition of inner search, sometimes depression, excitement, worries, feelings, the need to develop, etc. All these states are non-core from a person’s viewpoint because he considers his life as the base. These are some linear events in the form of breakfast, lunch, dinner, dressing, undressing, hygiene processes, and the processes of communication, work, etc.
All these tricks from the outside look, in principle, like ordinary events. Imagine that you are walking in the woods, bending over for mushrooms, picking berries, sitting on a stump, resting, and listening to birdsong. In fact, it is what your day looks like, but only instead of birdsong, imagine a TV, radio, or noise outside the window. Accordingly, walking, hiking down the street, picking mushrooms is work, etc. That means all these systems are identical in their essence, but they are very different in energy accompaniment, inner filling, and, most importantly, in a person’s attitude to his future.
When a person performs a script, he is attached to it very much by directive thought-forms. He has an inner certainty that his life, the events in which he takes part, the situations he is in, the social interaction, and his children and parents are necessary to him. This need is spelled out in the algorithm of his linear events.
When a person is in choice, on the approach to 4D, all these necessities become questionable. They become visible from the outside. It does not mean you must eliminate them, but you already touch and feel them in a different way. You begin to perceive all these obligations as some imposed ideas, figuratively speaking, as an overlay on the picture of the secondary image.
And this is where one gets some system of one’s formatting, one’s organization of the process. And this is the beginning. It is the beginning when a person, coming out on the road of the need to find ways to manage the perceptual space, starts to organize his knowledge assets and his fields of possibilities based on some additions, some knowledge, and some values.
Naturally, each observer has a personal internal field of perception. And it is first based on those compositions of information flows, which his supervising civilization, the Principal Determinant, and sometimes Teachers model. These information flows tend to meet in his opinions, certainties, impressions, and knowledge. Man believes this is how the Universe, the external world, and parameters work. He is sure this is how many cosmic forces are present within and above, near, etc. And all these “certainties” are more of a hindrance than a helping link.
The essence of the problem is that all esoteric knowledge, with few exceptions, creates a picture for the man that he is the owner and proprietor of the perception space. And therefore, the idea that he depends on this space, that he is directive, that he is, in fact, a prototype of some scenario plan, its executor, is killed from the very beginning. This idea causes irritation and fear of misunderstanding in many people.
On the other hand, without this acceptance, this revelation, and agreement with this knowledge, it is impossible to take further steps. No matter how much you explain to a person who he is in a scripted plan and whether or not he believes in it. The most important thing is that he cannot control his destiny. He cannot create a single event in the future that will obey him alone.
All the events he can do are related to a linear scenario: going to the store, to the bathroom, eating a meal, etc. Even with human participation, these events still occur asynchronously and in different parts of time periods. And if we talk about external values, a man cannot influence his work collective, his financial well-being, the amount of credit, or, on the contrary, the lack of one. He cannot forgive his debts in banks, make himself svelte, beautiful, etc. On the one hand, all these states of impossibility are habitual for man. On the other hand, even with this understanding, he still thinks he owns the space, which is not a fact.
Therefore, the first phase of development or formation is the phase of acceptance. On the one hand, it is dissociation, and on the other hand, it is transformation. This acceptance must induce man to define himself in the legitimate place of the scenario plan, that destiny in which he actually takes part or does not take. His participation today is very minimal.
Accordingly, after this acceptance, the man must understand that he consists, as it were, of two fundamental bases. The first one is the intelligent system that defines his organism: functionality and its Monadic Mind, which has clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. It is most important. And the second is the system that accompanies the Incarnational Cell, its contour, a biological object in the form of a script of consciousness, directive thought-forms, ego program, mental constructs, etc. These programs are absolutely different. And they are not comparable in terms of goals and attitudes. Here, the human body and intelligence are given to the consciousness program as an accompaniment to those efforts and capabilities that define civilizations among themselves in a scenario plan. In fact, the human being is an expensive toy in the hands of these civilizations, which are in the service of the Principal Determinant.
In terms of analysis, one might ask: Why don’t those civilizations take man’s place? It is simple. The thing is that a human being as a body shell, as an Incarnation Cell, at the beginning of the path comprises 100% of the Absolute’s codes. And the civilizations above you contain 30 to 90-95% of the Architect’s algorithms. It is a totally different stuffing, a unique balance, and another state of worldview, space, and possibilities. In our universe, we have many energetic civilizations. Such civilizations have no point shell and fixed location as the coordinate structure. They are cloud structures defined in some fields and densities. They look like a system of interaction with the same energies with material codes or with algorithms that materialize in material codes. Energy civilizations are a very complex topic you must explore in the future.
Therefore, the system itself, which defines man as if from above, creates a multilevel control. And man must understand this in terms of his ability to control the perceptual space. The only thing that serves as a clue and a fairly quick reference point for behavioral reactions for man is that there is a necessary energy exchange with each civilization, which it is used to, which feeds it, which creates its energy balances.
Naturally, these balances are absolutely different. We have already talked about them. Both the Teachers have spoken, and civilizations have spoken. And a person who wants to control space must understand that there are two systems over him. One system creates some directive form of control. And the other system tries to offer him his own way of control over his preferences, fantasies, choices, and vectors of intention in which he sees his future.
At the nexus of these interactions, many questions need to be addressed gradually, without rushing. And most importantly, they must be understood from the perspective of those who are trying to master this space of perception.
At the first level, there is the system of interaction of consciousness and the human body with the process of the future. To date, this interaction is quite harmonious in our view. In terms of space-frequency 3.8-4.5, most observers on this planet have harmonization. If at least 20-30 years ago the man got the same states, contrary to the inadequacies, his emotional and sensual reactions would be in twice or even dozens of times greater than now.
That is, man has become calmer. He is less irritated and more stable, with a few exceptions defined by civilizations that cannot control their own observers. And these systems of calmness, a kind of stability, create obstacles to crowd control and supervision of observers on a mass scale. Naturally, because of this, Saturnian civilizations have a scenario management problem.
When presenting the information necessary to control the perceptual space, you have to take into account that, first of all, a person has consciousness. This consciousness determines the directive thought-form and imposes it on circumstances, life’s path, events, movement, formats of perception, and worldview. Despite this, man is not involved in this process because he reads his thought-form but does not create it himself.
Therefore, the initial learning process is very hard. It is like separating the delicate skin from the substrate or the thin surface from the lower surface. That is, it looks like a dissection. A person has to stratify his functionality within himself. He must determine what the thought-form, the “directive,” the ego program, the mental constructs, and his inner beliefs in emotional status are. He must recognize where his intelligence, the Incarnational Cell, and the state of creation itself lie.
This separation must be adequately, very slowly, and under the guidance of sufficiently experienced mentors. Otherwise, abruptness and haste in this matter can create irreparable errors. It means the top layer will peel off along with the second and third. And it means that the attempt at analysis will be unsuccessful for the manager of his future.
This question opens another problem: how to make a person, in this or that case, convince himself to create his worlds of possibilities, representations of the picture of the future? How to determine this possibility at all, based on his meanings and states? And these states, as a rule, are in different layers of representations in which the person lived before. They are not layers of memory, not layers of events that he defines at the moment or tries to define in the future. They are absolutely different states, which are, as it were, close to the person but are not his zone of need, his zone of attention.
This point needs to be played out and clarified because you have to develop the process of this inattention to those possibilities and potentials that are already inside the Monadic Mind as blooming flowers. And these states of discovery, future opportunity, and potential cause man’s need for creativity and some movement, creation, and purposeful deeds. After, the person converts them into his possibilities, his fields of reasonableness, and some representation of himself and society.
These processes run on different scales. Somebody’s ego and civilization programs repress this creation system and start trying to control it. This option, of course, is quite complicated, and it always ends up in a stalemate. For this reason, no Saturnian civilization surrenders its observer to Jupiter without a fight and resistance. Furthermore, Jupiter is not in much of a hurry to get observers. First, they (the Jupiter civilizations) squeeze single formats, flows, and scripted plans. Only then do they push the observers out of their entrenched cozy cell honeycombs, providing them with inner chaos and a state of anxiety, and begin to offer them a new level of possibilities.
Let’s say you lived in your home and had a table, a chair, a kitchen, a family, and you felt fine, you came and went, had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and then suddenly you started getting poisonous smoke, toxic gas. You run away from that house and never come back because you cannot breathe there. It is roughly what the Jupiterian civilizations do. They do not destroy the observer. They create conditions of impossibility for this observer to be in the old space of perception, impossibility to be in Saturnian systems. Naturally, this observer, running out of his home, tries to create new possibilities and inner disciplines. And this is where the work of the Teachers is needed. In this chaos and uncertainty, it is up to the Teachers to create the patterns that the overall development system requires.
Here is where it gets interesting. We, as Worldmakers, see that systems of destruction, chaos, potential wars and cataclysms, economic unrest, events, and so on have been created, but the new system has not yet been created. It has not yet arrived at the imaginable level of the future. It is hard to imagine how human consciousness and mind will function in the next five years in the transition period and the prevalence of constructive coefficients.
This complexity is also due to the lack of a scenario plan that is understandable for the whole system. There is no scenario plan because there are many of these plans. And each of these plans, in one way or another, provides for certain states of external values, which you call the state of the natural environment. These external values are a potential threat, a failure of any scenario plan, which provides some beginning and end of its implementation.
Imagine that in the country, at the same time, military actions and a natural cataclysm begin. The second one prevents that country from carrying out military action, from carrying out these activities. It is roughly the same way scenarios are played out in the higher echelons of the scenario plan (in the Higher System). As soon as this or that country contemplates the implementation of a tough scenario, the Souls’ Council of the Gaia system begins an assembly of events and a potential annulment of this system of a state and all systems in general that can produce or do something.
Seeing this assemblage of events, the scriptwriters begin to change the plan again. And so to infinity. Each time inflaming the situation, creating these or those values of the scenario plan, they as though manipulate these or those possibilities, trying to reach some point where they can activate the whole system and rebuild it in this or that state. Today’s reassembly is unnecessary for Jupiter. Jupiter is a much more powerful strategist in terms of our understanding. And this system (which defines mindfulness, not consciousness first) calculates options a thousand or a million times more than the Saturnian civilizations calculate them at their levels.
All progressive phenomena from Jupiter are determined by the foundations of the new worldview. They may have some ideas unknown to us as Worldmakers and Teachers. Perhaps they have some script that they are already beginning to follow. So far, this interaction is more like a kind of tug-of-war accompanied by a transformation of the observer’s consciousness, a change in his personality, status, and understanding of the meanings in which he finds himself. These identities and statuses, in which he is and has been, are the main obstacle to the person’s transformation.
Naturally, when a man comes to an understanding of himself, comes to a representation, transformational contours, he begins to disassemble his personality into certain patterns. And this is where the most interesting thing begins. Analyzing himself, a person often notices that much of what is a part of him he does not need at all. He does not need a job or dress in the clothes that society forces him to wear. He does not need to wear heels, put on makeup, or go to the gym.
There are other necessities that one feels and imagines internally, as it were, in different spaces. Some have it expressed as a modality, a kind of actual representation. Some have subjective expressions such as some outline, dream, or delusive conception. In the old movies, it was expressed very often as a house on a Paradise Island, banana or orange trees, and so on, and some enjoyment of the external environment.
In fact, it is a utopian idea. The person who controls the perceptual space must understand that his Soul is an experimenter. It does not need to be quiescent. And it is not interested in a person, much less a creator, who sits in one posture and defines himself in the same state. It needs change, flow, and a system that constantly integrates into sinusoids. These sinusoids create parabolic and other swirls in which a person begins to feel a craving for one or another version of space change. The sine wave is the ups and downs, the saturation of emotions and feelings structures in relation to constructive and destructive energies.
These ups and downs are necessary for man. They resemble a ship sailing on the sea and swaying on the waves. This wave is a kind of natural state because the rocking is another system of energy of change. It means if we represent the time system as a marker that accompanies each value in the perceptual movement system of your inner space, then the sine wave can also be seen and measured, even by time values. They also accompany the processes of changing emotions and feelings fields that go up and down as well.
Naturally, in the processes of programming and controlling the perceptual space, internal systems emerge with the simulation function of this or that possibility. During the so-called rocking, a person gets some perceptions and considerations with every tilt downward and upward. It is especially noticeable when he begins to go down. And he goes down under certain circumstances and events, creating in him a contour of unique perceptions. These perceptions have incomprehensible language. It means the person wants to be in another place, in another company, or communicate with different people. He wants to live in other conditions and receive new information filled with different meanings and other energies. He wants to define himself in other creative ideas, in more expanded ones, with more possibilities, with more states. Despite this, we pay extra attention to exactly your inner wishes or hidden perceptions of yourself. During the sinusoidal fall and rise, they are the very intention and the secret fantasy we must reveal to man in his modeling of the future. It is absolutely unnecessary and even harmful for you to model the future based on a 3D representation, which a script, a space, or a directive thought-form dictates for you. It is like helping a murderer to kill a man.
It is absolutely accurate that all the spatial-directive values you accept as necessary in 3D become some past, a system that only creates a serving illusion in 4D. Imagine you are an Arab riding a camel, and the desert is all around you. You need to get to your tent, get off the camel, feed it hay, tie it to some stick, climb into that tent, drink tea, eat a tortilla, and so on. These are all the ideas you have, in one way or another, about the camel, the desert, and the creative activities you can produce as a desert dweller.
It is the same with human beings. You think your life is intense and you have many things to do, various circumstances, etc. In fact, these are simple linear events that fill you with worries only because civilization needs to distract you from the most important things as much as possible. And the most important thing is thinking about yourself, about your future. You are just beginning to think about these visions of the future. And that is what we will talk about next time.
