The technique of the Breath of the Infinity

By practicing the Breath of Infinity, you fill your physical and all etheric bodies with Divine particles of Light.
Imagine the sign of infinity in a vertical position: the junction point of the two loops is the Immovable Point of the Creation. In the physical body, this point is the area of your heart.
Imagine that as you inhale, air enters the Heart Chakra (Anahata), goes up along your back, and exits through the Ascension Chakra(*), located at the back at the base of your skull.
The loop then passes about 30 cm above the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) and returns to the starting point. As you exhale, this loop goes down from the starting point (the Heart Chakra) along the back, passes out over the coccyx, makes a loop under the crotch, and comes back, passing in front of the body.
It is reasonable to visualize this scheme only in the beginning. Then the air will move along the programmed course. The upper loop will go farther up – into infinity. The more you practice this breathing, the easier you will be to reach the Higher Dimensions. The lower loop will tend to the Center of the Earth.
By creating twelve vertical spirals of the “Infinity Breath,” you absorb the Adamantine Particles of the Creator’s Light from the Higher Dimensions, passing this Energy of Life through yourself, and sending it to the Heart of the Earth.
After taking twelve breath spirals, you have to hold your breath slightly and mentally open a sign of infinity in a horizontal plane.
From the initial Immovable Point of Creation (Heart Chakra) on the inhale, you should send the loop forward, on the exhale – behind your back, giving this energy to humanity.
“Breathe in Light and breathe out Love.”
Take a few minutes to complete this process, focusing on your Sacred Heart Center so that you can feel abundant love flowing through your body.
* The Ascension Chakra is in the dimple at the back of the head at the base of the skull. It initiates the process of opening the levels of the brain to higher dimensions and provides access to the higher frequency levels of consciousness.
